A 34 years old lady was suffering from Oral Lichen Planus, Due to which she was not able to eat properly and she had chronic mouth ulcers, She was not able to eat less spicy and sometime even food which wasnt so spicy. She consulted few doctors but some said vit b12 deficiency and some said pemphigus, oral cancer, lichen planus and one or other disease. She took steroid through which she felt good but she was shocked as it was causing some hormone imabalance and she got symptoms of hirsutism in which she felt hair started growing near upperlip and beard , She finally stopped taking steroid. What is Lichen Planus 

Lichen Planus is a disease of Skin and Mucous Membrane that resembles Lichen.

The exact Cause of Lichen Planus is unknown and it is termed as an Auto Immune disease
